Céline Chung

Céline Chung is an entrepreneur and restaurant owner. At 28 she co-founds Bao Family with Billy Pham, through the opening of Petit Bao, their very first location. At that time, her wish is to restore the image of Chinese cuisine in Paris, show how diverse it is, and make it accessible to everyone.

As a Business woman, Artistic director, Interior designer and Leader, she created 4 restaurants (Petit Bao, Gros Bao, Bleu Bao and Bao Express), a cocktail bar (The Underpool) and a bakery-café (Bao Bakery) in 4 years. She also created the Bao Market and wrote a recipe book.
