Sue Grice

I have a PhD in e-learning and I'm a UKCC (United Kingdom Coaching Certificate) Level 3 Dressage Specific Coach, British Dressage Accredited Coach and British Horse Society Accredited Professional Coach. I have over 35 years of experience teaching and working and competing in the equine industry.

I've trained a variety of horses and riders in a wide range of disciplines, including dressage, eventing, driving, and natural horsemanship. My passion is coaching riders of all levels, no matter how big or small their ambitions. I believe that any horse and rider has the potential to “go farther” and I tap into a wealth of training tips and techniques to help the less “conventional” dressage horse succeed.

I believe that improving communication between the horse and the rider is a fundamental key in furthering the training in a harmonious way.

I've competed many horses including taking horses up to FEI Level, one of which was a traditional gypsy cob named Frodo who was triple Scottish champion in 2019 at Prix St. Georges, Intermediate I, and Intermediate I Freestyle.
