Do you believe that God's timing is everything? Have you lived out an experience good or bad and wanted to share it? In this book You Can, You Will I'm honored to walk alongside other women co-authors from all over the world. My chapter is called Blessings and Tight Hugs. I share how my life took on a metamorphosis reflection from experiencing my dad's tragic death at the age of eight, to losing my mom when I was twenty-five to a massive heart attack that left me striving to carry on through life's circumstances called joys and sorrows. The women in this book share deep and personal circumstances to bring healing to others who are walking in their shoes. Our goal in sharing is to normalize the conversations around grief and mental health to free others of the shame and stigma that have been wrongly placed on those who suffer.
