In 2022, she hiked 100km of the El Camino in northern Spain, in 2016, ran the NYC Marathon, in 2014, hiked in 4 days the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and in 2009, the Milford Trek in New Zealand. She is also co-publisher of a research paper in 2011 on Spiritualty and Its Value-Added Impact on Care Delivery and Revenue in healthcare. She is publishing her first novel, her third book, in 2023 called Guardian Moon which she originally debuted in Sofia Bulgaria. She is proud to be a co-author of the anthology You Can You Will published in 2023.
