Keith Ryan is a chiropractor with more than 30 years of clinical experience helping people move, heal, and change. Before entering healthcare, he worked as an exploration geologist, traveling across the United States, the Gulf of Mexico, and the North Sea. His early career taught him how to observe carefully, think critically, and respect natural processes — skills he later brought into his work with the human body.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma and Parker College of Chiropractic, Keith combines a scientific mindset with a practical, people-first approach. His work focuses on helping individuals take responsibility for their health and make meaningful, lasting changes.
He is the author of Winning at Back Health, Vitalityspan: Unlocking the Secrets to Longevity, and Why I Hate Your Stupid Ugly Face: What We Get Wrong About People, Certainty, and Ourselves.
Keith lives in Oklahoma with his wife Lisa and their three daughters. He enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, biking, and living well — physically and intellectually.
