Adam Crossley is an Information Technology support expert who is passionate about delivering technology that “just plain works the way it’s supposed to.”

Adam is CEO of Fairoaks IT, bringing world-class, enterprise-level IT support to small and medium sized businesses for over 30 years.

Technology advances at a dizzying speed. While technology helps small to medium size companies, it also frightens them as they can’t afford the infrastructure to actively adopt the newest and best, nor to defend themselves from the constant threat of being invaded or outdated. Adam prides himself in providing personal service. Distinguishing themselves from a large IT chain’s off-the-shelf service, Fairoaks staff knows their client’s business, their names and their unique situations. Because of this, he enjoys sharing his expertise with other business owners speaking on cybersecurity, network management, business continuity and other topics at live events, radio broadcasts and webinars. He’s written two books one of which made Amazon’s Best Seller List.

Adam graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a degree in Operations Management, from Indiana University with a Master’s of Science in Global Supply Chain, and from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Master’s in Business Administration. Before applying his practical, no-nonsense approach to the IT arena, Adam worked for United Technologies Corporation as an internal consultant and manager throughout the US, Europe and Asia.

When Adam isn’t helping clients who have benefitted from Fairoaks IT’s services for 10, 20 or even 30 years, you’ll usually find him outdoors, flying, or travelling. But there’s nothing he enjoys more than spending time with his caring wife and two young boys.
