Angela Hook

Angela Hook is the founder of Angela Hook Services, LLC where she provides a multifaceted of professional services. She operates her own private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Grief Professional serving couple, individuals, and women issues. Her goal is to become a Faith Base Mental Health Influencer within black churches, social media outlets and her community by providing Mental Health Awareness Education.

Her educational achievements consist of a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management, a Master of Arts in Human Services with a specialization in Executive Leadership, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Her community involvements consist of being a member of the American Mental Health Counseling Association, a member of the Tabernacle of David Church serving as an Elder in the Ministerial Alliance Ministry and Intercessory Prayer Team and a member of the NAACP WIN Committee serving as an advocate to help address the social, economic, political, and health issues affecting women and children.

Angela is the visionary of EmpowerHer which is a global outreach ministry that impact the lives of women by providing tools, encouragement, and a safe space to allow women to embrace their gifts and increase their faith to dream again. She operates in the 5-fold gift of the Evangelist where you can catch her on GNS Network Cable Channel 19 preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. She is happily married to Elder Ed Hook and together they have a blended family of 8 children and 9 grandchildren, and two puppies named Dallas and Miles.
