Erin Leider-Pariser

Erin Leider-Pariser began her wellness career training in Los Angeles and working as a personal trainer to the stars in New York City. She earned a master’s degree in exercise physiology at Columbia University and a few years later launched Sports Travel Adventure Therapy (STAT). For the past nearly 30 years, Erin has led over 50 STAT trips on all seven continents, facilitating life-changing experiences for hundreds of women, as well as additional trips for couples, friends, and family. She and her husband have two sons and live in New York City and Aspen.
