Joel R Pace

Joel Pace grew up playing baseball. Eventually, he played baseball in college where he earned his degree in English and, later, a teaching credential to teach high school English. When he began his family, he coached his son and daughter in baseball, basketball and soccer. He later was asked to be the President of the local Little League charter. In his writing, he attempts to make the complicated game of baseball less complicated. He tries to educate as well as inform. He attempts to empower the young learner with knowledge, skills and a general mindset to be leaders on the field. All this while using simple language, fun illustrations, diagrams and games that reach a young reader, and make this a simple book to read and understand baseball. He currently lives on the Central Coast of California with his wife and two children.
