I have been an Employment Lawyer for over 40 years acting mainly for oppressed employees who have been discriminated against, harassed and bullied at work. I am feared by many employers but some have had the good sense to instruct me after losing a case aganist me! I am not known as "The Rotweiller with a Handbag" for nothing.

My mantra is if I leave my clients better off than when I first met them then I have done my job. And I will never give up. Coming second is not in my vocabulary.

I have written numerous books and articles on a variety of employment law subjects but "SECRETS AND LIES TALES OF AN EMPLOYMENT LAWYER" is the first book to let you, the readers, into the lies and deceptions that I have faced and overcome to win many of my cases for my clients.

I have two wonderful sons, three grandchildren and an amazing husband. We love dogs and had two beautiful blue Roan Cocker Spaniels.

I hope over the 40+ years in practice I have done something, to right the wrongs and help my clients get a good outcome.
