Kristopher Goeden

Kristopher James Goeden is a father, husband, businessman, entrepreneur, outdoorsman, fitness enthusiast, aspiring ice bather and children’s book author. As a traveling businessman, his time spent away from his wife, miniature dachshund and two energetic boys led to the penning of When Dad Travels for Work and subsequently, When Mom Travels for Work.

As travel resumed after the recent pandemic it was evident that his children forgot why he needed to leave the house for work. What started as an explanatory dialogue for his sons has evolved into a simple story that is read at night when he’s away for business.

Kristopher and his family reside in Iowa where they launch their outdoor adventures, world travels and ongoing quests to feed their developing children’s creativity.
