I was born in Oakland Ca, the 9th child (with a twin brother) into a family of 14 children. An advanced student early on, I was an avid reader, a spelling bee champion for the city of Oakland, and was voted "Most likely to Succeed" in my high school graduating class. Home has always been a focal point for making family memories, hence my career in real estate with a focus on educating the masses for homeownership. Successfully transforming my passion into commitment and strategy I became a licensed real estate agent, later becoming a real estate broker with my own firm, but desiring to impact more than one family at a time, I entered the financial services industry in my early adult years. Through my varied levels of matriculation in the financial services industry, I have served in the areas of underwriting and operations management, sales management, business development and regional leadership capacities with several Fortune 500 companies in California, Miami, Fl., and most recently in Atlanta, GA. A PK's child I also gravitated towards seminary and graduated from Jacksonville Theological Seminary, Jacksonville. FL with a BA and an MA degree in Christian Ministry and a PhD in the Ministry of Christian Education. I was included in Who's Who in Black Atlanta for several years, and also cited in Manchester's Who's Who in Business. I am blessed to have an amazing daughter, an awesome son, and 7 grandchildren My passion fuels my purpose.
