Wallace Edson

Wallace E. Edson is the author of The Boy Called It (TBCI) series … which so far is one book long. As a former Marine sergeant, he’s a super tough guy (like an elephant) but is really super cuddly (like a squirrel). He’s also one of the few Marines who not only can read, but has chosen the path of a writer. Wallace’s inspiration for TBCI is his son, his son’s friends, and his desire for them to be in a completely different world full of adventure. (PS, Wallace not only didn’t write his bio, but he also didn’t approve it, especially the part about Marines and their aptitude for reading … tee hee hee.)

Does anyone actually enjoy writing a bio? I’m sure there are those out there who do. I am not of that ilk. I also have discovered what happens if you leave your friend unattended with your laptop open to your Amazon Author Page while you step away to refill your coffee cup (see above silliness). I must admit that this lapse in my judgement has me realizing that a great way for anyone to learn anything about someone is to look at the friends they keep. After all, our found family tends to be the one most fitting our personalities. This is why I left the first paragraph there. Like my friends and my characters, I embrace the silliness.
