Emmanuel Kayode Ogunyinka

Emmanuel Kayode Ogunyinka, Ph.D., PMP, is an educator, researcher, and author known for his leadership in Responsible AI for K–12 education. He is the founder of RAI4EduPD, LLC, supporting schools and districts in integrating AI to strengthen relationships, improve student well-being, and enhance teaching and learning.

Dr. Ogunyinka is a current educator in Maryland, USA, blending inquiry-based instruction with emerging technologies to help students navigate an AI-driven world with curiosity and confidence. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics of Education, with research in mathematics achievement, data analysis, and educational policy. He has served as an instructor, research consultant, and graduate assistant, delivering lectures and workshops on research methods, data analysis, labor economics, and the economics of education.
