Kylie Van Luyn

Kylie van Luyn is a renowned expert in nutritional medicine, neuroscience and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques to achieve holistic health and wellness. She is recognised for her work as a psychotherapist, emotional intelligence coach, and NLP Master Practitioner. She holds qualifications in advanced nutritional medicine and Psychotherapy and has been featured on platforms like CEO Today and CIO Women magazine.

Kylie is a regular keynote speaker, a Harvard Business School graduate and a Founding Member of the International Strategic Psychotherapists Association. She also holds Master’s qualifications in Human Resources, Leadership and Sustainable Business Strategy.

Kylie’s journey began when she founded Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global. She aims to empower individuals to achieve wellness and improved mental health through positive psychology, nutritional strategies, and neuroscience. Her integrative approach focuses on the mind-body connection and the power of mindset in healing, particularly in managing chronic pain.

Kylie is also a global advocate for workplace psychological safety and well-being. She is passionate about helping organisations foster inclusive and positive workplace cultures and prioritise psychological safety and well-being.

Kylie has spent her career empowering women, disengaged young people, people living with a disability, and people from culturally and racially marginalised backgrounds on their journey to employment.

Kylie was a 2019 Telstra NSW Business Women’s Awards Finalist in the For Purpose & Social Enterprise category for her work supporting the inclusion and economic empowerment of women from refugee backgrounds across Australia.

In 2023, Kylie was named one of the Top 10 Influential Female Entrepreneurs (USA) and a Women of Influence Global Awards Finalist. That same year, Kylie's company, Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global, was an Australian State finalist in the Outstanding Start-Up category.

In 2024, Kylie was named the USA CEO Today Awards Human Rights Consultant of the Year. She was featured as the cover story in CIO Women Magazine’s “Most Influential Women Leaders to Watch in 2024” edition.
