Gary Davison PhD

Dr. Gary Davison is founder and CEO of Greater Development llc

(www.greaterdevelopmentllc.com), an Atlanta-based leadership

development organization designed to develop and hone the skill sets of

leaders. His work grew out of 33 years as a teacher, principal, and leader of

many organizations to include the world renowned Lambert High School.

He’s been featured by Tim Elmore with Growing Leaders, Dr. Sally Zepeda,

Dr. Carl Glickman, and many leadership podcasts and articles. He has

written the soon to be published "Even Great Leaders Need A Coach”.

His leadership development work grew out of a desire to establish the most

effective and successful learning organizations possible. The results of his

leadership has been to grow 24 leaders into executive level leadership

positions. Gary and his wife, Jinger, have one daughter, Gracie. Theylive
