Born in 1952 in Ira, New York (settled by her family 200+ years ago), Susannah brings historical authenticity to her emotionally rich narratives. When not writing, she photographs nature in the Adirondack foothills and knits like all good grannies do.
Her mission: To illuminate the less explored emotional experiences of war through literary historical fiction.
