I enjoy writting because it gives me the chance to be creative and as the story is mine there are know restirctions to what I can say and how I say it. I see writting as a true art form, where you paint a picture with words of which can have the same impact on the mind as any picture.
Ever since I was a child I have always had the desire to create, but I never pursued this passion because I laked the confidence to do so. All this was to change during my first year at University when I was diagnosed with Dyslexia, this diagnosis truly opened up a whole new world for me.
I have to date written four books, three of which are childrens books. All three of these books where writtin with imput from my daughter who at the time was 10 years of age. I felt that writting a childrens book with the imput of a child will give that book the innocence and the reality of how a child see's the world.
The other book that I have written is called 'The Lost Reflection', This a Historical thriller, which begings at the end of world war 1 and finishes at the end of ww2. Although it is a thriller the crime and the identity of the perpertrator are revieled in the first chapter. The story is about crime but that is not rearly the central theme, its about the choices made by the people involved and the justification of those choices and how the impact on their lives and the lives of those around them.
