Jordan Bracker Vale

Jordan B. Vale is a writer, a beginner illustrator and a Mum of twin girls. Being a Mum I realised very quickly that there are a lot of moments of doubt and questions that come with being a parent. My girls hit the age of 3 and 'why' was their favourite word. I wanted to give them creative, interesting answers but sometimes we need a bit of help.

My books are meant to be fun, to teach kids lessons and to be fun to enjoy with your kids. I want to tackle everything from questions like why the tooth fairy takes our teeth, to why do we have birthdays, to why do people work. I show my girls everything I'm writing and illustrating and they like it so hopefully other kids will too.
