In 2016 Lorraine took a leap from her career in business development for the legal sector, when she landed a role procuring rental properties for disadvantaged young adults. This was a defining moment which led to her buying properties and very soon after developing them ground up. She rents to high-risk and vulnerable tenants.

Today Lorraine mentors other budding developers and is on a mission to create a new breed of socially conscious landlord who combines commercial savviness with a social conscience.
