Roxana M. Rotaru

Roxana Rotaru describes herself as an old soul and a happy overthinker. She’s also somewhat of a paradox: She studied psychology in college but graduated from cosmetics school; she’s a Catholic fascinated by Buddhism; she loves knowledge, wisdom, spirituality, and truth, but also loves football, and boxing.

A world traveler, Roxana has been to forty countries, lived in three, and speaks four languages - including English, Spanish (which she learned from watching romantic telenovelas as a child), and German. Above all else, she’s a hopeless – or rather hopeful – romantic. Inspired by “Invitation to Waltz” by Mihail Drumes (which she read at the tender age of fourteen), Roxana has always harbored a secret desire to write her own book; to share her reflections on love, life, and the depth of human relationships with the world. Now – partly because she confesses that her greatest fear is regret - she has.“The Man Who Feels Like Home” was borne of gratitude, along with the realization that “home”isn’t so much where you are but who you’re with, and how they make you feel. That – no matter how cliché it may sound – home is truly “where the heart is.”

Roxana currently makes her home in Switzerland, living the life she’s always dreamed of.
