Dr. Amjad Alshabatat

Dr. Eng. Amjad Alshabatat is a Jordanian author, engineer, and management consultant with more than 25 years of experience leading complex projects and advising public- and private-sector organizations across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. His work spans governance, strategy, project and portfolio management, organizational change, innovation, and human behavior.

He is the founder and CEO of AMJCOM Management Consulting. His contributions to innovation in project management have received international recognition, including the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Award for Innovation in Project Management.

Drawing on real-world leadership experience, research, and reflective insight, his books explore how individuals, leaders, and institutions can think more clearly, navigate change, and create sustainable value in a rapidly evolving world. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, and his multidisciplinary academic background spans mechanical engineering, applied business research, and artificial intelligence and data analytics
