Jhayne S Santucci

Jhayne S. Santucci is the Founder of Excelsure Consulting LLC whose mission is to

provide expertise in business, tax, financial management, operational excellence,

marketing, and technology. Excelsure provides C-Suite expertise as a business traverses

from one million to the twenty-million-dollar revenue threshold.

Jhayne received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1992 and started her career in

Tax with the Big 4 CPA firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Arthur Andersen LLP in

Chicago. In 2001, she joined a startup healthcare service company while managing her

Tax Compliance practice. In 2006, she relocated to Central Florida with her young son to

join a regional accounting firm that specialized in International Tax. In 2008, she started

law school part-time and received her doctorate three years later. In 2009, she joined the

largest reseller and distributor of plastic resin, where she held various roles in the Tax,

Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Compliance departments.

Jhayne’s passion for helping others led her to recognize the need to promote financial

education so she directed her focus from Tax and Accounting to Finance. In 2018, she

received her Life & Health Insurance license. In 2019, she passed FINRA’s Series 7

(General Securities Representative Exam). In 2020, she passed her Florida Real Estate Law

Exam to be a Business Intermediary and assist clients with their acquisition process. In

2021, she passed Series 26 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Principal

Exam), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam), and Series 65 (Uniform

Investment Adviser Law Exam).

Jhayne supports various non-profit organizations such as her Homeowner’s Association,

Victory Initiative Cup, and the Asian American Heritage Council of Central Florida where

she served as a board member for the past 13 years.The organization’s mission is to

recognize and reward Asian American students for their academic excellence and

exemplary community service and leadership.

Jhayne loves the beach, and she makes sure that she travels every year to a place she has

never been.

In October 2020, she published her first book, “The Finance Doctor’s Tips & Tricks.What

You Don’t Know Can Hurt You.” In July 2022, she published her second book, “We

Were Indoctrinated, NowWhat?" In April 2023, she published her third book, “Twin Flame,

Soulmate, and Vipassana.” In February 2025, she published her fourth book, "Love is the

Greatest Healer."
