Andreas Düvel is the franchise expert, successful author, long-time insider of the franchise scene and expert auditor of a teaching manual and video lecturer of a 36-part video series consisting of shortcasts of the module "Franchise Systems". During his successful work with several franchisors, he gained comprehensive know-how in the areas of acquisition, training, consulting, contract conceptualization and management in the franchise world and accompanied more than 300 entrepreneurs in setting up a franchise partner business. He learned the decisive success factors during his operational responsibility for several franchisor-managed franchise units and as COO of a gastronomy franchise system and imparted this knowledge to franchise partners, franchise managers and franchisors.
