Amber’s Everboarding framework reimagines traditional onboarding as an ongoing journey and keeps development moving long after day one. With a background in sales enablement, revenue leadership, and talent development, she partners with high-growth companies to turn learning into a competitive advantage.

Amber lives in Nebraska with her husband, their two sons, and two dogs. When she’s not writing or speaking, she’s reading a new fiction series, freezing or melting at her sons' sports, or mapping out her next workshop on a walk with her dogs.
