Yda Bouvier is an executive coach, physicist, author, and international speaker. She firmly believes in the untapped power of the right brain for personal and professional success, as captured in her book, "Leading with the Right Brain." Bringing over 25 years of experience, she has a natural ability to blend business acumen with people insight and critical thinking. She works with leaders globally to expand beyond their left-brain capabilities, and explore the qualities, strengths, and wisdom of the right side of their brain to navigate the complexities of leadership.
With a track record of working with over 4,000 executives and 250 coaches worldwide, Yda has developed a transformative methodology that empowers individuals and teams to "see more, think differently, and be more" in all areas of their life.
Clients are national, regional and global organizations including professional services firms, financial services firms and leading manufacturers where Yda works with senior executives, founders and executive leadership teams. She teaches “What coaches need to know about the brain” at the BA International Coaching Academy for coaches seeking top accreditation by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Yda' s journey was shaped by her early years with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she developed her skills in international corporate strategy and post-merger integration projects across diverse industries. Her educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan and an MSc in Applied Physics from Delft University.
In 2007, she founded Yda Bouvier ltd, a boutique executive coaching firm, where she collaborates with a select group of senior executive coaches.
Her personal sources of energy are family time and sailing, ideally a combination of the two, enjoying the unexpectedness of wind and water. Originally from the Netherlands, she now lives in London.
