Patrick Laing is the Founder and CEO of Certainty Management, a profit consulting firm with associates nationwide. With a passion for improving the profitability of his clients in the U.S., Canada, and beyond, Patrick and his team provide expert guidance and support to enhance their clients' financial success. Not only this, but they also offer zero-cost funding for nonprofits, making a meaningful impact in the communities in which they reside.

With over 30 years of experience in business and finance, Patrick has amassed a notable track record as a leader in the field. He’s served as a Dale Carnegie instructor, senior sales director, VP of sales, national sales trainer, and more, building nationally-ranked sales teams and overseeing multi-million-dollar projects. One example: he helped LeafGuard Northwest achieve an extraordinary increase in their annual sales from $3.5MM to $20MM in just 3½ years, securing them the top spot in the nation out of 65 offices. He is also the co-founder of Certainty Global LLC, an investment firm focused on domestic and international joint ventures.

Patrick’s accomplishments are not limited to the business world. A graduate of Brigham Young University in English, he is also a U.S. Army veteran (in counterintelligence) and held a Top-Secret security clearance for several years. He's also an author and a public speaker, with contributions to the Mission Matters book series and also the international best-seller, Business Leadership and Culture. As the host of the VoiceAmerica Business radio show, Finding Certainty, he shares his insights and expertise with a wide audience weekly on Fridays at 9 am Pacific.

Patrick is married to Tessha Laing, and they reside in Henderson, Nevada. They have five children, ages 16-24. He is proud of his work helping nonprofits find zero-cost funding and also his latest project, The Certainty Fellowship, through which he and his team are developing ways to help college students graduate 100% debt-free with the skills, connections, and resources they need to succeed.
