Betsy Davis

Betsy R Davis is a private chef, caterer, and bodacious baker. She baked her first cake at eight and planned her first menu at nine. As soon as her father tasted that birthday cake and said, “Thank God for Betsy!” she knew good food and gracious hospitality were keys to unlocking happiness and creating unity between others. Nothing is as gratifying for her as seeing someone's eyes light up and hearing that almost inaudible moan when they taste her food.

Born in Alabama, Betsy was a long-time resident of Los Angeles, where she met her husband and founded her company, The Saucy Redhead. Now living in Austin with her husband, Charlie, and their two sons, Elijah and Michael, Betsy is grateful for all life has taught her thus far and feels she is just hitting her stride.
