Meg Hays

A Texan by way of the Windy City and small-town Tennessee, Meg Hays has always loved using her gift of gab and the written word to encourage others.

With her deep-rooted entrepreneurial spirit, Meg developed and ran several successful small businesses throughout her thirty-year career and is a published author of a Christian children’s book.

She currently helps her clients on their health journeys and supports other health coaches in reaching their business goals.

After several years of yearning and looking for ways to live a life of purpose and passion, Meg has finally realized her journey is her own and doesn’t have to be like everyone else’s. She has found the grace and peace she’s always longed for by using her God-given gifts and talents to help others.
