Koen van Doorn

Living with his wife on the outskirts of a forest in the Netherlands, Koen van Doorn is a writer who discovered his passion for storytelling not long ago. He loves to share his imagination and creativity with his readers through his books. His debut children’s book, “Mimi the Mouse and the Secret of the Magical Cheese”, is out now, and he has more books for adults in the works. His family and himself are his main sources of inspiration, along with his diverse interests in topics such as a better world, sustainability, technology, people, history, mechanics, computers, life and documentaries. He sometimes experiments with artificial intelligence to assist him in his writing process. He does not pursue any specific hobbies, but he is always eager to learn from life and embrace new insights that enhance his awareness. Nature and walking also inspire him. His life has been full of highs and lows, which have taught him how to deal with challenges and empathize with others.
