Nicholas Goodden

Nicholas Goodden (aka Nico) is a British/French professional photographer and videographer who lived his early life in France and has been actively working with top international brands since 2008, mostly in London.

His work has been published over 100 times through major international publications including TimeOut, The Guardian, Digital Photography Magazine, Amateur Photographer, The Huffington Post and lots more.

His main speciality was for many years London-based street photography and photographing people, for which he won international awards as well as being made an official Olympus cameras ambassador for some years.

In contrast and to illustrate his versatility, Nicholas Goodden is currently hired full-time as an automotive and luxury watch photographer and videographer. He believes firmly that the more you use a camera for widely different jobs, the better it will make you as a photographer from having a deep understanding of the camera and how it works.

Described by the creative director of London's BeaverTown Brewery (owned by Heineken) as "a Swiss Army Knife of photography able to tackle any visual requirements thrown at him", Goodden has been hired to cover many photography genres from shooting the latest Adidas trainers as well as the English Rugby team, to shooting interiors at the British Fashion Awards, street portraits for Match.com, drinks for Jose Cuervo and press events for McLaren F1.

Goodden describes himself as an eternally inquisitive mind never wanting to stop learning and therefore is always on the look-out for new trends and ideas while avoiding being stuck in a photography niche. Another aspect of his work involves flying camera drones and FPV drones for photography and videography.

Since 2014, Nico has been sharing valuable photography tips through his website/blog which led it to be voted as one of the top UK photography learning blogs.
