Adam Carbonell

Adam Carbonell is the author of Supernatural Join The Hunt: the official cocktail book.

At the age of 20 Adam carbonell stepped out of film school and straight into a brewery, thus begining a 20 year career in the field of professional brewing, spirits and cocktail mixology.

Starting as a homebrew expert who had never homebrewed he quickly rose the professional ranks from lonely keg washer to head brewer. Stints with such breweries as Ballast Point, Coronado and Karl Strauss, to name a few, built the technical foundation and confidence for Adam to pioneer a style uniquely his own. Working hand in hand with local farmers and utilizing culinary techniques honed from years of random kitchen jobs crafting one of a kind beers made from the best ingredients.

A former President of the San Diego Brewers Guild Adam has worked with many non profits as well as his local government to educate and promote many community efforts in and outside of the food and beverage industry.

In recent years Adam has immersed himself in the world of spirits and cocktails running small scale cocktail programs to curating one of a kind tastings at the worlds largest whiskey bar... in the world, The Whiskey House San Diego.
