Having lived most of her life in Canada and raising her son in the vibrant city of Vancouver, Joyce has always been drawn to the power of storytelling. Fuelled by a lifelong passion for ancient mythology, particularly the captivating tales of Ancient Greece, Joyce discovered the enchanting world of storytelling. Beginning with oral tales shared with family and friends, she soon began to weave her own narratives, capturing them in writing from an early age and never looking back. As a mother herself, Joyce understands the challenges of raising a child in a world filled with distractions and demands on time. Inspired by her own experiences and the realization that many children struggle to find time for reading amidst busy schedules and short attention spans, she set out to find a solution, not only for her own son but for children across the world.

Combining her love for ancient myths with insights from James Clear's "Atomic Habits," she discovered a winning formula.
