Anna Hawken

Anna Hawken is the Parenting for Faith Ministry Team Lead at BRF. She hosts their podcast and presents their babies and toddlers course. She lives in Milton Keynes with her husband Matt and their three children.

Like many people, she found that everything changed when she became a parent... including her relationship with God. Staying awake and having the headspace to listen to sermons, attend midweek groups or have personal times with God became really challenging. But on the flip side, becoming a parent taught her so much about God's parental heart for his children. He nudged her to share about this back in 2017 but it was another five years of mulling on what it meant before 'Being God's Child: A Parent's Guide' was born. He asked her to spend just one hour a week writing down what she felt Him saying, and over many weeks, the book came together.
