Dr. Candace White

Dr. Candace White, is a board certified, Primary Care Physician who gave birth to her second child at the height of the global pandemic, April 10, 2020. She is an author based out of the Atlanta Georgia region. A portion of the book proceeds for, “Born into A Pandemic - A Mother's Precious Gift," helps to support the Dr. Candace White scholarship fund. This fund provides scholarships for high-school seniors seeking careers in STEAM ( Science-Technology-Engineering-Arts-Mathematics).

The book is a keepsake for mothers especially the expectant mother, children and families. It gives a glimpse into the life of an expecting mother during the pandemic, coupled with health tips, positive affirmations and interactive pages for families to enjoy now and in years to come.

White specializes in Women's Health, Primary Care, Lifestyle Medicine; and disease prevention. Within 5 years of practicing medicine, she was recognized as one of Atlanta, Georgia's Top Doctors of 2022. And received this prestigious award again for 2023. She has also been recognized by Essence magazine as an essential hero in 2020 during her service as a pregnant physician during the height of the pandemic.
