Erin Bunting

Erin is a cook, recipe developer, food stylist and edible flower enthusiast. Together with her wife Jo she runs a 7-acre smallholding and CSA scheme in Co. Down, Northern Ireland. Where they also run delicious events inspired by the garden and the seasons.

She spends her days developing menus and new recipes and leading a kitchen team to deliver supper clubs and workshops. The food Erin cooks is fresh, unpretentious, seasonal, beautiful, vegetable-focused and inspired by the seasonal produce that Jo grows on the farm.
