Thomas Lahnthaler

Thomas studied human dynamics and disruption globally for over two decades.

With a career spanning continents and cultures, he served as an International Humanitarian working on the front lines of some of the most challenging contexts in recent history, providing crisis and conflict management in over 30 countries.

Later, he used my insights to strengthen leaders and businesses across sectors in their capacity to focus on the human sphere in large-scale change and transformation processes.

Thomas works at the intersection of human dynamics, innovation, and disruptive change. With over a decade of hands-on experience leading through highly disruptive contexts, he is now a sought-after speaker, mentor and trusted advisor to help leaders think differently about ambiguity in today’s ever-changing world.

He is inspired by his time with indigenous community and loves to learn form how two greatest teachers, his children.
