Michelle Sumovich

Michelle Sumovich is the author of One More Jar of Jam, illustrated by Gracey Zhang (Dial Books for Young Readers, 2023), and two forthcoming picture books, I Have Three Cats, illustrated by Laura Park (Dial Books for Young Readers, 2024) and Everything is Fine, illustrated by Sarah Jacoby (Katherine Tegen Books, 2024)

Michelle has a background working in bookstores and library program development for young children, as well as years of experience writing lyrics and music for children and adults. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, two children, and five cats.
