Steven Todd Bryant

Steven Todd Bryant is a best-selling author, crisis counselor, and toxic family survivor. An expert in toxic family dynamics, he was on staff for 19 years at the University of Southern California and holds a BA in Communications and an MA in Theological Studies. He is the founder of ToxicFamily, offering compassionate guidance for those struggling with toxic family members.

After years of battling addiction, chronic depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Steven began a lifetime journey to face his pain and heal the toxic family wounds caused by years of abuse. His books are born from his life-changing experiences, and he writes to help others break free from the destructive cycles that permeate toxic relationships. He resides in Southern California.
