Xiao Lu

Xiao Lu (Yusuf Lu) is the founder of Triangle International Group and the founder of VITAL ENERGY ACUPUNCTURE (VEA). He works at the intersection of AI, government modernization, and enterprise transformation, advising senior public- and private-sector leaders on how to navigate disruption and opportunity in the age of intelligent systems.

Building on deep experience in corporate restructuring, equity financing, bridge financing, and project financing, Xiao Lu brings a capital-markets lens to AI adoption.
