Karlee Rose is a 24-year-old queer poet looking to connect to the world with her poems, prose, and thoughts.
She has been writing poems since she was a little girl and has been enjoying the bliss of sharing them. She has a Bachelor of Science and was planning to pursue medical school when the world shut down for COVID-19. During that time, she reconnected with her love of creating and self-published her first book, Permission to Feel. Since then, she has completed the 3 book-bestselling series, PERMISSION TO FEEL, and has started a new series: HUMANS WHO FEEL THINGS.
The ultimate goal of her poetry is to be a safe haven for the queer community, as well as bring representation to the poetry world: especially in regard to queer love, sex, and intimacy. Her poetry explores trauma, self-acceptance, grief, sexuality, and more.
She currently resides in Tampa, Florida, with her fiancé and their two dogs.
