Brishen Rogers

Brishen Rogers is a Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center. His research focuses on the relationship among labor and employment law, technological development, and economic and social equality. His law review articles have appeared in journals including the Yale Law Journal, the Harvard Civil-Rights Civil Liberties Law Review, the University of Chicago Legal Forum, and the Texas Law Review. He has recently written for the Boston Review, the Washington Post Outlook, Onlabor.org, and LPE Blog, the blog of the Law and Political Economy Project. Prior to law school, Professor Rogers worked as a community organizer promoting living wage policies and affordable housing, and as an organizer with SEIU’s “Justice for Janitors” campaign.
