Tova Sardot PhD

Dr. Tova Sardot’s interest in science began with her fascination with physics. She was driven by a desire to understand the underlying reality of our natural world and the broader universe. She earned her B.S. in Physics from California State University. During her tenure, she contributed to research on low K dielectric materials at Jet Propulsion Laboratories (JPL) in Pasadena, CA.

After graduation, she worked as an adhesive chemist for the Avery Dennison Corporation in Pasadena, California. Her formal doctoral education was driven by a love for chemistry and her continued scientific sense of wonder about the world and our human existence. She proceeded to earn a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Montana. During her doctoral work, she developed an interest in environmental chemistry, focusing on remediation and materials recycling.

After earning her Ph.D., she was awarded a two-year fellowship from the American Association for the Advancement of Science. She chose to work for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington, DC. Throughout this fellowship, she aimed to pursue meaningful ways to affect the world positively. She joined the Innovation Team in EPA’s Department of Research and Development. Here she contributed to creating interagency and private company awards and prize programs to help drive needed technological innovations.

Towards the end of her fellowship term, she began to experience chronic health issues. After much frustration with traditional and even natural medicine models of health and wellness, she traveled to the Paracelsus Clinic in Switzerland to be treated and learn. During this trip, she gained a new understanding of what is necessary for healing to occur in the body.

Soon after this experience, her health improved slowly, and she was inspired to find a means to help others similarly. She realized that her journey in improving her health and the planet was linked. The message was clear; her goal was to help others experience wellness and consciously evolve so that they may make better decisions for both themselves and the planet we share.

Dr. Tova then earned a M.S. in Complementary Alternative Medicine from the American College of Healthcare Sciences. During this time, she also learned cutting-edge ways of thinking about health in the human body from mentors like Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt and went on to become a certified epigenetic coach. She integrates the lenses of herbalism, the human biofield, epigenetics, and ancient methods of conscious evolution with her scientific perspectives.

Now, Dr. Tova Sardot runs Va Sphota, a practice where she brings her eclectic background to help people optimize their human experience. She considers herself a conscious transformation specialist who provides programs tailored for the individual that create the environment for whole body wellness. By increasing internal coherence on the cellular and energetic levels, clients experience increased well-being, joy, and fulfillment.

Working with Dr. Tova guides you to understand yourself and your place in the world. This is accomplished by using a broad combination of techniques that lead clients to enhanced awareness, presence in their body, and purpose in the world, creating an expanded experience of life. The books, workshops, and YouTube videos she produces are an extension of this work.
