Prince believes in the power of storytelling and expressing narrative in visually appealing ways. He primarily works on children's books.

Interview with Prince Albert King, Sr

When did you first start writing?

I started writing in 2018. It was after a series of family tragedies.

What's the story behind your latest book?

my latest book The Church Servant Leader was forged in my mind to help young ministers and church leaders on their journey in ministry. I have been in ministry for over twenty years now and I wanted to teach others the way so that they do not make the mistake that I did. I want them to operate in the spirit of excellence as they minister.

What motivated you to become an indie author?

It was an author friend of mine who inspired me to go for it, after he saw how passionate and hungry I was to achieve my goal of holding my first book in my hands.

What is the greatest joy of writing for you?

The greatest joy for me is feeling that someone has read my book, gave an honest suggestion, and liked the product. That motivates me to go back and review my book details and find ways to improve or enhance the reader's experience.

What do your fans mean to you?

Fans are the world to me. I appreciate the fact that they have taken out time to enter my world and engaged in helping me grow as a writer, I value their opinions especially constructive criticism

What are you working on next?

a series of books for Young adults in the fiction- fantasy genre. Involving a Bahamian mythical creature the Chickcharney who is believed by natives to live on Andros Island.

Who are your favorite authors?

Arthur Miller author of the book the crucible. Sir Thomas Mallory author of the King Arthurian legends

What inspires you to get out of bed each day?

My family. Especially my newborn son Prince King Jr. (PJ) I Think of how I Can make his life better than my very own. family is one of the joys of my day. I have learnt to appreciate family having lot my first family of three wife Wenderlee,son Diargo and daughter Octavia, in the space of four years. My second thoughts of the day are books or computer technology on my mind, and the thoughts are usually about new features we can add, or how we can do somethings better. my other joys include friends, and Traveling.

Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?

Yes. It was Albert and the chickcharney birthday party

What do you read for pleasure?

historical romance, and fictional books

What is your e-reading device of choice?

very cluttered.

Where where you born?

I was born in Nassau Newprovidence Bahamas. Both Parents have descended from Cat Island a place known for its mystery folkore, and hospitality. I believe that is why I have been given such a vivid imagination which helps to inspire me when I write.

What are some of your goals for your writing career ?

1. To become best selling author. 2.To effect change in the world in general and the Indie publishing industry in particular, via my own publishing company.
