Cindy Molina, M.S., CPTD, SPHR

Cindy Molina is a high-achieving, engaging, people and culture champion committed to excellence. She is the director of Organizational Development and Diversity & Inclusion for a large, global energy company. Cindy leads a talented team located in San Diego, California and Mexico City. In her three decades of professional experience leading high-performing teams, she has held senior leadership roles within energy, financial services, higher education, healthcare, aerospace and defense, and retail.

Her bucket list includes becoming a published author, and The Great LeadHERship Awakening has made her dream a reality. In her chapter, Cindy reveals how her milestone birthdays, especially her fiftieth, contributed to her midlife awakening and continued success by deepening her self-awareness, expanding her perspective, and learning how to embrace the transformation. Cindy shares her love for Hawaii and some life lessons she has learned along the way.

Cindy helped found GROW (Growing Responsibilities and Opportunities for Women), an employee resource group at Sempra Infrastructure that champions and empowers women. GROW is committed to fostering and supporting the career development of Sempra Infrastructure’s female employees in both the United States and Mexico.

Cindy holds an MS from Florida State University in instructional systems and an BS in economics with a minor in psychology from San Diego State University. She was among the first to receive a CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) certification from the ATD (Association of Talent Development) Institute in 2006 and her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) in 2013.

Cindy lives in San Diego, California, with her husband, Orlando, their two daughters, Ella and Emma, and three adopted rescue pups, Buster, Peanut, and Coconut.
