Ella Pottle

I am a mom to two amazing children which I had when I was a teen. We have been through many adventures together, struggled through tough times and celebrated good times. If it weren't for my two kids and my husband I don't know where I would be today - they saved me from spiraling out of control, they gave me the love I always wanted and in turn I learned what it meant to feel unconditional love back.

I hope that by sharing my story I am able to help others understand what it is like to suffer through generational trauma, I hope to help people understand that the people next to you might be going through awful situations and you have no idea. I want to help others that are struggling on their journeys and I want them to know that there are others out there that have gone through struggles much like theirs. You are not alone.
