I was born and raised in Ovar, a small city on Portugal’s coast. The sea and quiet cafés taught me to pay attention.
Books were my first escape. Fantasy showed me how far imagination can travel. I later studied management and marketing and worked in the corporate world, but writing never left. It threaded through late nights and lunch breaks until I finally gave it the space it deserved.
Music sharpened my voice. As a band lyricist, I learned to say more with fewer words and to trust rhythm, image, and silence.
Like anyone, I have had my share of wrong turns and hard seasons. They show up in my stories as perseverance, small acts of courage, and light found in dark places.
Today I write to connect. If a chapter makes someone feel seen or simply entertained, the work has done its job. I am still learning, still curious, and I am certain the best pages are ahead.
