Ford Brewer

Dr. Ford Brewer, MD MPH, the founder of PrevMed Health and PrevMed Network is a board-certified preventive and occupational medicine physician, an internationally recognized speaker, and educator.

Dr. Brewer learned early on in his career starting at Johns Hopkins University that many disabilities and diseases brought to the emergency department are preventable. He has since dedicated his career to help spread knowledge about how to prevent the most common chronic and debilitating diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart attack, and stroke, as well as improving patient care by educating health care providers.
