Pam Holt (aka The Happy Host) has worked over three decades as a real estate broker/attorney and has landed in some of the most successful brokerages in Chicago. Just when she thought her professional life couldn’t be any more fulfilling, she dipped her toe into the short term rental waters, and a whole new world opened up.

As a host, Pam discovered an entirely new facet of successful real estate investment. She discovered she has a knack for short term rental hosting, and it quickly became another passion. She shares her full story in the international #1 bestselling book, Hospitable Hosts.

She continues to assist real estate clients looking to purchase short term rental properties, runs a successful short term rental business of her own, and teaches others how to have their own liberating and lucrative hosting careers. 

On the personal side, Pam is a proud mom of two wonderful girls. She is also an active crusader in the fight to end breast cancer. You can see her and her daughter on a poster for the national Avon Walk campaign, an accomplishment of which she’s particularly proud.
