Andrea M. Echols is a Barbadian-born author who immigrated to the United States many years ago. Mrs. Andrea M. Echols attended Boys and Girls High School in New York, and later graduated from The State University of Plattsburgh where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, with a Minor in English. Mrs. Echols has been a child educator for over 12 years. She is a writer, teacher, mentor, mother, and wife.
Her passion for writing stemmed from being in love with the English Language from a young age, she would poetically write poems in her personal notebooks and read a lot in her native land of Barbados. She has assisted in teaching young kids how to read and write the English Language; then, was inspired to write her own books during the midst of the pandemic. Mrs. Andrea Echols enjoys inspiring others to find their purpose, and passion when they are ready to tell their story, by all means, write to share with the world.
When not writing, Mrs. Echols loves to play games such as a hand of Five Hundred, or Monopoly with the family, assist with her children's educational journey, cook, enjoy a good book or movie, and she teaches Sunday School as well. Mrs. Andrea Echols is also a fairly new Youtube Content Creator, and hosts a Caribbean Female Promoting Their Writing Group on Facebook, where we are able to network, share our creative writing pieces or books, celebrate each other, and most importantly, have fun while appreciating what we do to inspire someone else through our writing artistry.
